Counseling is about helping others navigate life in the best way. The most important way of helping is to develop a therapeutic bond that encourages finding ways to live life more enjoyably in the service of oneself and of relationships. There are many techniques that can help free us from past learned constraints. Due to it's more immediate and long standing proven effectiveness, I use mental/emotional energy healing techniques that are always adapted to a person's unique needs.
