I have worked as a school counselor for 20 years. I have been in private practice for over five. I love working with kids starting at age 6 all the way up to adults age 100! I believe everybody has the answers within themselves, sometimes they just need help Getting clarity and themselves in their situations. I specialize in anxiety and depression, but I see many other people with different mental health situations. I truly believe in the power of Therapy. I have a holistic view about getting ourselves to the healthiest version of ourselves. I am honored by each and everyone of my clients. I can see clients both through telehealth or in person at my home office. Some clients choose to do a mixture of both which is fine. I am credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Priority Health. I also accept private pay. I use cognitive behavioral therapy for the most part. I generally have good success with my clients. Hopefully I help them and each one teaches me something new.
