I’m a reproductive/maternal mental health and trauma therapist with a decade of experience supporting cis women and folx assigned female at birth in feeling safe, confident, and empowered in their lives.
Many of my clients come to me feeling frustrated that the same challenges continue to be present even after participating in previous therapy attempts to “work on it”. They wonder why past experiences are still causing upset, constant internal chatter, and difficulty in their relationships. This can happen for a number of reasons, but the one I see most is that folx have previously engaged in supportive therapy. It served an important purpose at the time, but it did not focus on creating the change needed to mitigate the presenting concern. I enjoy the opportunity to provide change-focused therapy through the use of evidenced-based modalities like EMDR, ego-state work, and somatic interventions to support my clients in transforming their lives. I provide my clients with multiple options when it comes to session length, frequency, and types of therapy to best support them in reaching their goals in a safe and timely fashion.
