About me
I’m passionate about working with folks who could use support in approaching their emotions, navigating anxiety, moving through life transitions, struggling against obsessive compulsive disorders or eating disorders, and processing trauma.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in organic agriculture — a field that taught me something I carry into every therapy session: growth cannot be forced, but it can be cultivated. Because no matter how big or small your experiences seem, there’s always an opportunity for compassion, growth, and understanding. And you have a choice in what direction you want to grow.
