I believe every person has their own formula for healing and transformation. I also believe therapy is a pathway to achieve this! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping teens and grown-ups (individual, family, couple, group).
Willow Essence Counseling is an online counseling practice that serves people in Texas. Beatriz is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.

I believe feeling safe in a nonjudgmental environment increases our self-knowledge and the ability to navigate the ups and downs that life might bring.
I also believe that sometimes we need and/or want someone who listens in an empathetic way, someone who is not going to judge us, and that lets us speak without interruption. I also believe relationships help us heal and thrive and the relationship built in therapy (called the therapeutic relationship) also helps us with this purpose.
