About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, bipolar disorder, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress management, and co-occurring substance use concerns.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe therapy should provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care, while tailoring treatment to each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals.
I am passionate about helping clients recognize unhealthy patterns, develop effective coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, establish healthy boundaries, and build greater confidence in themselves and their decisions. My goal is not only to help you navigate current challenges, but also to provide you with practical tools that can support your continued emotional growth and overall well-being.
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood and having the courage to take one step at a time. I look forward to supporting you as you work toward becoming the healthiest and most fulfilled version of yourself.
