About me
I am a licensed Pastoral Psychotherapist in New Hampshire and have worked in the Mental Health field since the late 1970s. I am currently seeing clients via the Psychology Today online portal, which is HIPPA-compliant.
About My Practice
What is Pastoral Psychotherapy? Pastoral Psychotherapy draws upon psychology and spirituality to assist persons in resolving problems and facilitating the growth process. There are periods in life when stresses require that one enter into a close relationship with a person to find clarity and direction. I help persons evaluate and enrich their lives through this kind of relationship. My training allows me to provide both traditional psychotherapy and a more holistic approach to healing, so persons entering psychotherapy with me have a choice of which model that one prefers.
A Holistic Approach
As part of my therapeutic practice, I recognize and attend to the natural and important connections among the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of life. This holistic approach provides the foundation for the deep and lasting healing work in concert with clinically sound and competent psychotherapy best practices.
My experience spans 30 years of providing exceptional psychotherapy services. Clients receive cutting-edge behavioral health treatment that incorporates the mind, body and spirit. Everyone is welcome and treated with respect, compassion, and dignity
