I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with a proven track record of helping my clients make meaningful changes in their lives.
I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals by providing them with effective interventions in a warm, caring and nonjudgmental environment. I give you, the client, the tools to make lasting changes. I specialize in several mental health modalities and use an integrative approach curated to the individual client. I am experienced in working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, emotional dysregulation and interpersonal and relationship issues. I am a certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist and Grief Counselor, and I love what I do.
