My specialty is relationship counseling with couples and individuals, sometimes those struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma. I will help you get past the ways you get stuck in relationships, especially your relationship with a significant other.

I am licensed by the State of Illinois, have a graduate degree in clinical social work, am a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. I am a Certified Focusing Trainer and have advanced training in EMDR. Some of my preferred therapies are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
