About me
As a licensed therapist in Oklahoma and Texas, I bring over two decades of compassionate counseling experience supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. My practice centers on helping clients navigate emotional struggles with a deep understanding of Christian values and a commitment to holistic healing.
I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and family conflicts. My approach is particularly attuned to women's issues, midlife transitions, and the unique emotional landscapes of caregiving and personal transformation.
My therapeutic work focuses on guiding clients toward self-love, healing from isolation, processing guilt and shame, and developing pathways to forgiveness. I offer a supportive environment for those working through post-traumatic stress, divorce, workplace challenges, and feelings of abandonment.
With a warm, conservative approach, I'm dedicated to walking alongside clients as they rediscover their inner strength and create meaningful, positive change in their lives. My goal is to provide thoughtful, faith-informed support that honors each person's individual journey.
