I am a highly experienced psychotherapist who practices traditional psychodynamic, wisdom and depth modalities. I offer skillful understanding of a wide range of life challenges, as well as the pathways to heal from our suffering.

Psychotherapy is a process of resolution, discovery, and relationship. My approach to treatment allows the opportunity for dialogue in a safe, relaxed and confidential environment. While suffering is an unavoidable aspect of our lives, I assist my clients in gaining an understanding of their own strengths and abilities to overcome many difficulties.
Through exploring the sources of problems, including trauma, relationship stress, and subconscious complexes, it is possible to discover balance and integration. In building a stronger and healthier sense of oneself and gaining new perspectives, depression and anxiety may be significantly reduced or relieved. Relationships are then able to grow and deepen.
My treatment approach is strongly holistic, including a mind-body awareness, meditation and knowledge of nutrition and plant medicine as therapeutic agents. I employ concepts of mindfulness training and depth psychology, along with insight, compassion and non-judgement. My clients find their treatment professional, well-grounded and effective.
