About me

I am an LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirming therapist who supports individuals, families, and relationships in navigating eating disorders, identity exploration, and meaningful personal growth. I offer warm, collaborative therapy rooted in attachment theory and emotion-focused techniques, creating a judgment-free, affirming space for healing and self-discovery. I'm passionate about helping people explore patterns, recover from past experiences, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is client-centered and relational, focused on building a strong therapeutic connection to support healing, self-discovery, and growth.

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to shift—even if you're not sure what that looks like yet? Many of the people I work with are deeply curious about themselves and want to dig beneath the surface to understand their patterns, emotions, and connections with others. They’re often exploring identity, striving to live more authentically, or navigating change. For others, this journey includes confronting eating disorders, body image struggles, and unhealthy patterns around food. No matter what brings you to therapy, my role is to walk alongside you, helping you understand why you do what you do; and how to develop more adaptive, compassionate ways of moving through the world.
I offer therapy to individuals and relationships of all kinds, with a focus on creating a safe, affirming space where you feel empowered, accepted, and genuinely seen. I bring my full, human, and quirky self into session, and I encourage you to do the same. I’m also not afraid to use metaphors or analogies if they help things click. Healing and growth look different for everyone: some experience big “a-ha” moments, while others notice small but meaningful shifts over time. Both are valid, and both matter.
I work from a relational and attachment-based lens, integrating Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), DBT, CBT, and person-centered approaches. I’m collaborative in style, meaning I believe in promoting self-directed change and independence-not giving you advice from a pedestal. I value the importance of a strong client-therapist connection and welcome open conversations about fit throughout our work together.
I'm passionate about working with individuals and families impacted by eating disorders and have extensive experience working at all levels of care for eating disorder treatment. This unique experience gives me a deep understanding of the complexity of recovery and the importance of individualized support. I practice from a body-neutral, HAES (Health at Every Size) perspective and can collaborate with other providers or help connect you with a care team if needed. In addition to individual therapy, I enjoy working with families and support networks, offering education and guidance as they navigate the often-challenging waters of eating disorder treatment.
My practice is queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in a deep respect for your lived experience. I welcome ALL people.
