About me
My passion for helping others find peace and live their best lives fuels my practice.
I work with people of all ages and from every walk of life. Life can often feel overwhelming and unbearable. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, confused, or angry, know nothing is wrong with you; your nervous system is simply trying to protect you. You don't need to navigate this alone. Maybe you have been so focused on others that you stopped recognizing your needs. Maybe you are thinking, how did I/we get so lost? Perhaps you're struggling with a recent loss or a new life transition.
My attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and neuroscience lenses provide the foundation for my therapy. I find healing looks different for each of us and is often received through various activities and sources, such as a walk in nature, a messy art technique, or a quiet moment of mindfulness. Slight shifts frequently produce enormous impacts.
My passion for helping others find peace and live their best lives fuels my practice. Together, we set goals, work through struggles, and gain a better understanding of your internal world. Please call or email If you would like some help along your journey.
