About me
I have extensive training in trauma and PTSD, and support adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.
Hello and welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, Michigan, and Colorado, with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. I will provide a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard and understood. In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive conversation focused on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out — we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood from the beginning. Together, we will begin identifying your goals, exploring the challenges you are facing, and creating a path forward that feels realistic and supportive. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, a stronger sense of self, and the reassurance that they do not have to navigate life’s difficulties alone.
