About me
I am an experienced mental health therapist with a passion for helping adults, couples, and teens cope with life challenges to include depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship issues.
Working 20 + years in the mental health field, I have always been dedicated to helping clients reach their full potential and live healthy and satisfying lives.
During the initial session(s) my focus is on providing a welcoming environment and getting to know the client(s) as well as the issues where they are experiencing difficulties.
My goal for each session is that my clients will have an opportunity to express themselves, feel understood and valued, and each time take away something that comforts, educates, and/or enlightens them.
