Hello! My name is Bambi. I am dedicated to helping people from all walks of life work through tough issues like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addiction, grief, adjustment disorder, PTSD, substance abuse, reactive attachment disorder, and the list goes on. If you are hurting or struggling, I want to help.

My mission is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore and embrace their authentic selves. Drawing upon a Rogerian client-centered approach, I prioritize empathy, respect, and collaboration in every session. Through the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I empower clients to live in alignment with their values, cultivate psychological flexibility, and move toward meaningful change. I am dedicated to supporting each person's journey toward healing, self-acceptance, and a life lived with purpose.

You'll find our cozy home office provides a comfort and privacy that puts you at ease. Also, you'll communicate directly with me during our time together- no other scheduling or billing departments to be transferred or to respond to your calls. Just you and I. I trust you will appreciate this this at-home, one-on-one environment! I offer in-person and Telehealth appointments.
