I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma, and I'm particularly passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in their healing and self-discovery.

My approach is grounded in creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore your authentic self. I specialize in helping clients work through shame, guilt, and abandonment wounds, while building stronger communication skills and deeper self-compassion. I'm experienced in supporting young adults facing social anxiety, body image concerns, relationship challenges, and the complexities of sexuality and identity.

I also work with individuals managing panic attacks, self-harm, codependency patterns, and the lasting effects of trauma and abuse. My practice includes supporting those navigating women's issues, impulsivity, and personality-related concerns, as well as those working toward recovery from substance use.
