About me
My clients describe me as Kind, Calming, Insightful and Compassionate. I use CBT, ACT & DBT in my practice: These approaches help people to learn emotional regulation, and to change their unhealthy thinking patterns & behaviors and they can also learn mindfulness skills to accept & reconnect with their true selves.
Together, we will Develop new ways to react to life’s challenges, identify the triggers that cause distress, and learn about negative core beliefs. We’ll practice tools that can help you feel grounded, calm, confident, comfortable with yourself, and more in control. I've a heart for individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, trauma, & life transition. I help my clients to heal from their past trauma, identify their current stressors & find ways to connect with their inner-self. I enjoy creating space for others to process their own emotions and I have always been passionate about seeing people overcome their challenges. I offer teletherapy (phone or video calls) which provides you the safety of being in your own home. I know how difficult it can be to start therapy, however therapy is the journey of exploration, growth, healing, processing emotions and reconnecting with self. Let’s start with a quick phone call.
