About me
I believe we all have the capacity to change, heal, and grow with the right conditions and further believe counselling can transform lives for the better.
I can facilitate a holistic approach to therapy, taking into account mental as well as physical, social and spiritual health. As an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, I work using different modalities to tailor therapy for my work with clients. The core of my work is to prioritize and support your pace, wisdom and capacity to journey towards healing and growth. By fostering a congruent, empathic, non-judgemental collaborative relationship.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their professional Code of Ethics and Conduct. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
