This work provides both the deep inner work and attachment work, and the relational work necessary to unravel challenges in partnership and family, level up in our health and work, and stabilize overall in a greater sense of safety, freedom, and fulfillment.
What sets this work apart is the energetic and spiritual depth, attachment work, and the integration of deeply transformational moments into day-to-day life using relational tools. I’m here to be a guide, mirror, and healthy support figure from which to reprogram the nervous system into feelings of security, connection, and alignment.
