About me

I am a clinical psychologist focusing on anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with male clients and their families.

I am a Florida licensed psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults with clinical presentations including PTSD, anxiety, behavioral issues, anger management difficulty, depression, suicidal ideation, relationship difficulty, and chronic pain. I have experience in individual, family, and couple’s therapy and specialized training in EMDR as well as in play therapy.

I believe that although therapy requires investment and effort by the client, it should also be a positive and even fun experience. I continuously assess the therapeutic relationship with each client and adjust my approach to meet the client’s unique needs. I approach therapy conscientiously yet creatively, and often integrate humor into therapy in order to facilitate reaching the client’s therapeutic goals.

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from Carlos Albizu University and have trained in a variety of clinical settings including the Miami VA , Miami Children's Hospital intensive inpatient Division , and the Barry University Counseling Center . I have also received training in comprehensive school-neuropsychological testing while working at Child Provider Specialists . As a post-doctoral resident, Dr. Rosenberg partnered with a local high school to spearhead a program aimed at increasing access to pediatric psychological services within the community.

In addition to my psychological training, I hold a Master’s degree from Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Maryland. This training provided me with the core belief that each person has a unique purpose and in turn will face unique struggles and challenges. This philosophy helps to foster the safe, non-judgmental atmosphere that I believe is essential to the therapeutic relationship.
