About me
Ready to take control of your life? I offer compassionate and effective therapy using proven techniques like Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I understand the challenges of balancing daily responsibilities with the need for self-care, and I'm here to help you cultivate self-love and confidence. My own experience with mental health struggles has taught me that everyone deserves the healing power of therapy. In our initial sessions, we'll work together to create a personalized plan to address your specific needs and help you rediscover your strength!
Taking the first step toward healing is courageous, and I'm honored you are here! As a clinician, I provide compassionate and effective therapy for individuals, couples, and fellow clinicians. Whether you are struggling with burnout, anxiety, depression, emotional outbursts, anger, trauma, addiction, food allergy anxiety, or the unique challenges of autoimmune conditions or gastrointestinal diseases, like Celiac Disease, I offer support and guidance.
For couples, I'm trained in the Prepare and Enrich program, helping you strengthen your bond and build a more fulfilling relationship. I also have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, affirming and celebrating your authentic self. I believe everyone deserves to feel confident and empowered, and I'm here to help you get back in the driver's seat of your life. Using proven techniques like Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), we will work together to understand your behaviors, develop coping skills, and find solutions that work for you. My own journey with mental health has instilled in me a deep belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to heal. Let's work together to unlock your full potential!
As a sensitive and patient therapist who works with teens as well as adults, I understand the unique challenges teens face when navigating complex emotions. I specialize in creating a safe and supportive environment where teens can explore their feelings at their own pace and when they feel ready. Whether they struggle with anger, emotional expression, and regulation, or grapple with anxiety, social anxiety, school-related stress, low self-confidence, or even the added complexities of food allergies, I am dedicated to providing individualized care. My approach emphasizes building trust and fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, ensuring each teen feels heard and empowered to develop the tools they need to thrive.
I am available for virtual sessions throughout the state of New Jersey, but also available for in-person services local to the Marlton/South Jersey areas!
