About me

I am an EMDR trained therapist dedicated to working with those who want to take control of their life and overcome impactful experiences.

After living thought through overwhelming or painful experiences, emotions can feel unpredictable and intense. You might find yourself getting angry fast, shutting down when people get too close, or feeling flooded by feelings that seem “too big.” School becomes hard to manage, relationships feel fragile, and even simple daily tasks start to feel impossible. It’s not that you don’t want connection—you just don’t feel safe enough to trust it.
I help adolescents who are navigating complex trauma, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty managing reactions create a sense of steadiness and safety within themselves. Using EMDR, we will work through the memories and beliefs that keep your nervous system on high alert, helping your mind and body heal from the past instead of reliving it. With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we learn how to make space for intense emotions without being controlled by them, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with values that support healthier choices and relationships.
In therapy, you don’t have to pretend or protect yourself. You get a space where you can show up exactly as you are—angry, sad, overwhelmed, or unsure—and know you’ll be met with compassion, clarity, and honesty. Together, we build the internal tools and sense of safety you need to feel grounded, trust yourself, and move toward a more balanced and connected life.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in who you are, reach out. Let’s work together to process what’s holding you back and build a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
