Autumn Mangum, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, specializing in helping young adults navigate anxiety, depression, and relationship or family challenges. In our work together, I support you in developing coping skills, exploring core beliefs and values, and addressing past emotional wounds. We will also focus on building healthy boundaries and practical strategies for everyday life. My goal is to foster self-awareness and personal responsibility, empowering you to take control of your life and move forward with confidence.

I bring over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field, with a background that includes work with youth, families, and adults. I earned my master’s degree from Widener University, and over time I’ve supported clients in a variety of settings, including community programs and outpatient care.

I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel both vulnerable and strong. Together, we’ll focus on building coping skills, exploring patterns that may be holding you back, and moving toward healing and growth.
