About me
I am a marriage and family therapy therapy associate who is dedicated to helping families, couples, individuals, and children cope with relational issues, trauma, and anxiety.
I don’t have a specific “ideal” client because I believe everyone has their own unique story and challenges. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, trusting space where we can work together to explore what’s on your mind—your struggles, needs, and goals. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we build trust and work toward healing.
A big part of my approach involves helping clients reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been affected by trauma—what I like to call "orphaned parts." I also help with communication struggles that can come from attachment patterns formed in childhood, like avoidant or ambivalent attachment styles.
Helping others has always been my calling. Even though I’m early in my career, I bring a deep understanding and fresh perspective that helps clients uncover the root of their struggles. My goal is to help you find healing, peace, and a greater sense of clarity in your life.
