About me
I work with teens and adults in a compassionate, person-centered way that honors their stories, strengths, and lived contexts while supporting insight and coping.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense anymore, you’re not alone. Many of the clients I work with carry layered experiences shaped by family, culture, and past experiences. Maybe it’s the pressure to hold it together, unspoken family expectations, past trauma that still shows up in the present, or a quiet sense that something feels “off” but hard to explain.
I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. My approach is person-centered and gentle, focused on helping you understand how your past experiences shape your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships while also building practical coping skills to improve day-to-day functioning. Therapy with me isn’t about forcing change before you’re ready; it’s about moving at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and empowering.
I frequently work with concerns such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, identity exploration, difficulty with boundaries, and feeling disconnected from yourself or others. When appropriate, I incorporate Brainspotting, a trauma-informed and body-based approach that can help process experiences that feel hard to put into words. For clients who desire it, I also offer the option of integrating faith into therapy in a respectful, client-led way. This is always guided by your comfort level and personal beliefs.
Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You deserve a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where healing doesn’t have to be rushed. If you’re looking for a therapist who leads with empathy, curiosity, and care, I would be honored to support you.
