About me

I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating childhood trauma, grief, attachment wounds, and emotional overwhelm.

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand — overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, people-pleasing, isolation, anxiety, or a sense that they are carrying pain that never truly had space to be acknowledged. Often, these struggles are connected to earlier life experiences, including childhood trauma, emotional neglect, dysfunctional family dynamics, loss, or grief that has gone unsupported or misunderstood.
I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults navigating PTSD, complex trauma, attachment wounds, grief, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and relationship concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients better understand both the emotional and nervous system impacts of difficult life experiences.
I draw from approaches influenced by attachment theory, polyvagal theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Bowen Family Systems Theory, while recognizing that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. I believe healing involves more than simply managing symptoms — it also includes developing self-understanding, emotional safety, healthier patterns, and a stronger connection to yourself and others.
I have a particular passion for working with adult survivors of childhood abuse and neglect, as well as individuals experiencing disenfranchised grief — the kinds of losses that are often overlooked, minimized, or carried silently.
My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can begin making sense of their experiences, process difficult emotions, and move toward greater stability, healing, and meaning in their lives.
