Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
This therapist holds one or more specialty certifications, you can review their certification within the professional certifications section on their profile.
Send your prospective therapist a brief message about why you’re seeking support, your preference for in-person or telehealth services, and how you’d like to be contacted moving forward. Note: Answers to many common questions can be found on the therapist’s profile page. If this is an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital.
I am a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping adults cope with and heal from trauma, anxiety, and PTSD.
I completed my graduate training with a focus on trauma and this remains one of my true passions. I have been in the mental health field for close to 20 years in several settings; private practice, community mental health, partial hospital, in-home services, and higher education. I understand therapy can be challenging at times, maybe even a bit scary, but I also know it is so much more than that. I am honored to work with you through laughter and tears, and everything in between. I am dedicated to developing a relationship of trust with a kind, yet honest approach. I incorporate many different evidence based methods of treatment based on your personal preferences and unique issues and concerns.
