About me
The moment you decide to seek therapy is significant and valuable, often born of a genuine desire for healing or meaningful change. Coming to therapy takes courage and can help us find new meaning in old stories, make choices with integrity and purpose, and live with greater self-compassion and compassion for others.
I approach treatment through a holistic, trauma-informed, and strength-based lens. I have experience working with adults and adolescents navigating grief, depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, substance use issues, relational difficulties, and life transitions.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, creativity, and consideration. My goal is to create a supportive, trusted space that supports your personal journey, builds resilience, and gives you practical tools to move toward the life you envision.
