About me
As a licensed psychologist, I am deeply passionate about empowering and supporting children, teens, and adults who are experiencing behavioral challenges, relational difficulties, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and the complex journey of parenting.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? You are not alone. Life is full of ups and downs. My approach is compassionate, reflective, and collaborative—grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with connection, where you feel truly heard, seen, and understood.
A secure, nurturing therapeutic relationship can support your exploration, healing, and growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s important to you, what’s holding you back, what you know about yourself, and what helps you move forward. Drawing from various theoretical models and interventions, I tailor each treatment approach to meet your unique needs.
I strive to create a secure, nurturing place where you feel heard, seen, and understood. Empowering you as a parent is the critical step to help your child. I assist you in developing new lens that will help break cycles of negative child-parent interactions. I will walk along with you on your journey toward the family life you value.
