About me
I am a therapist, and mother who has grieved a child.
Despite being a mental health professional, I was completely unprepared for the emotional experience of loosing my newborn son. There were so many time when I genuinely felt like I was not going to be able to keep going. Now, over 5 and a half years later, I am so proud to say that I did keep going. But it was not easy. And it was quite lonely and confusing. That's why I have founded Keep Going Mental Health. I now want to use my unique knowledge and skills as a mental health professional, and combined those with my experiences as a grieving mother, to help others in need. Keep Going Mental Health offers specialized therapy to individuals and couples who have experienced miscarriage, termination due to medical reasons, stillbirth, and infant loss within the first year of life. You are not alone. I am here to help.
