Hi! I'm so glad you found me. I am a licensed professional counselor seeing adults virtually throughout South Carolina with a focus on self-worth, LGBTQIA+ related issues, and anxiety.

I understand and value that every person comes to counseling with their own strengths, needs, and unique perspective; because of this, I utilize a holistic, individualized approach to therapy. Above all else, I believe the first step to real therapeutic change begins with creating an environment where clients can feel safe and comfortable. We'll work together to explore your life story at your own pace; we'll then collaborate together to create your individualized therapy goals. I pride myself on maintaining a warm, affirming space for my clients to feel comfortable bringing their deepest feelings and thoughts to light. I believe that when we can speak freely without shame, real change can happen.

Here's a little about my background: I received a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience and an Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of South Carolina. I work with adults dealing with topics such as anxiety, depression, self-confidence, LGBTQ+ issues, adjustment disorders, boundary setting, interpersonal problems, and communication.
