About me
As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, I specialize in complex trauma and guide clients toward hope, healing, and lasting freedom.
Firstly, I want to say how proud I am of you being here, taking the first step. I know first hand that even just searching can feel intimidating, but you are courageous. There is a resiliency in you calling for you to move forward into healing and I’d be honored to take that journey with you.
My name is Ashlyn Wall, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate; a survivor of trauma, rooted in faith and passionate about helping others process the past so that they can walk into their future with freedom, in spite of certain unfair circumstances. I specialize in helping clients heal from various forms of trauma and take a personalized approach of compassion, empathy, and deep understanding.
I pull from various modalities to best suit client’s symptoms surrounding complex trauma, such as childhood abuse, neglect, sexual assault, domestic violence and related disorders. Often times there is great overlap with past trauma and anxiety, depression, substance use, familial conflict, and more. All are welcome here.
Trauma impacts multiple facets of an individual- thought processes, behavioral patterns, ability to regulate emotions, attachment to others, nervous system regulation and more. Therefore I believe it is crucial to integrate various evidence-based methods to address trauma symptoms, fostering holistic healing and resilience. To help clients push past just surviving and learning how to truly thrive.
My clients describe me as warm, authentic, and an inviting presence. As a trauma survivor myself, I bring a deep sense of understanding, empathy, and passion into the therapy space. Sometimes we may laugh, others we may become tearful; but you will always be seen, supported and most importantly- safe.
I have 6 years of experience working in behavioral health with all age groups and currently see ages 12 and up via Telehealth. If you’d like to learn more about me, feel free to visit my website at- branchesofgracecollective.com
I believe that we are mind, body and soul; therefore, I also offer faith-based integration of services for those whom it may resonate with. This is dependent upon client request and will vary based on client comfort level, beliefs and ideals. Of course, every life deserves healing, wholeness and freedom and every life is welcome here regardless.
You are safe here. You are seen and heard. Keep moving forward.
You deserve hope. You deserve healing. You deserve freedom.
