About me
I am an experienced individual and couples therapist who is dedicated to providing culturally competent, gender affirming and trauma informed care.
Reaching out for support can be incredibly hard - especially if you have had negative experiences in the past. I have experienced it myself, and that is why I approach therapy with warmth, flexibility, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I will never be the expert on your own experiences, but I can be a supportive space that encourages empowerment and resilience. In our first few sessions, I'll ask a lot of questions - not just to understand what is going on, but also to start building a relationship where you feel seen, safe and supported. I take an individualized approach that honors your strengths, story, and needs.
I specialize in working with young adults navigating trauma, gender and sexuality, life transitions, survivors of abuse and neglect, people-pleasing behaviors, navigating neurodivergency and relationships. My typical clients are often insightful, thoughtful people who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
As a neurodivergent clinician, and someone who has been on the client side of therapy, I bring both clinical experience and lived experience into the room. I offer client-led care that makes space for complexity, curiosity, and authenticity. The world isn't simple, and healing isn't linear - but you don't have to navigate it alone.
