About me
I have been a therapist for 5 years as a school counselor, addictions counselor, and a mental health counselor. I have worked in the mental health field for 10 years in various capacities such as peer support, CBRS work, case management, and working with individuals with learning and/or intellectual disabilites. I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. My work centers on helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, addiction, and concerns around self-esteem and self-worth.
I specialize in addressing communication difficulties, isolation, relationship patterns, and attachment issues. I also work with clients experiencing panic, social anxiety, grief, guilt, shame, and the complexities of major life transitions—including divorce, pregnancy, postpartum changes, and workplace stress.
My approach is grounded in compassion and collaboration. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating family dynamics, managing chronic challenges, or exploring questions about identity and purpose, I'm here to provide thoughtful, nonjudgmental support.
I draw on evidence-based therapeutic practices to help you move toward greater peace, clarity, and connection—with yourself and others. Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey. I can't wait to meet you!
