I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing telehealth services to adults 18+ across Pennsylvania through Strength-Based, Positive Psychology, Humanistic, and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) approach.
The cumulative effort in understanding human nature and myself led me to a career as a therapist. As I learned more about others, I grew in my understanding of myself. I learned early how an interpersonal relationship can directly impact another person. I learned the power of emotions and how the presentation can impact the message. I became passionate about helping others learn about their deficits, strengths, and healthy strivings to foster their innate potential.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is the most crucial piece of self-awareness and growth. Creating a warm, accepting, and open atmosphere is an essential element. You can expect a bilateral and conversational style approach, with you as the focus. When you talk, I'll listen. If you're hesitant, I'll guide you. I will encourage, empathize, and engage.
