About me
I am an experienced LCSW-C in Maryland who works with adults young and old who are navigating life's ups and downs and wanting extra support. I have a sub-specialty with a focus on treating survivors of emotional and psychological abuse.
My approach to health care is with compassion, no judgment and empathy. I strive to create a warm and comfortable space to learn about you and your life experience. It is important to me that you feel heard, supported and free to discuss what is on your mind. The modalities I most use are Trauma Informed Care, CBT, DBT and Strength Based. The majority o f my clients seek therapy for a number of issues- depression, anxiety and life changes and transitions. I am also a certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician and have extensive training, knowledge and tools in helping those who have been through abusive relationships and are looking to heal and rebuild.
