About me
I’m an experienced psychologist specializing in sexual health, reproductive mental health, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and couples and relationship therapy. I also work with many people facing depression and anxiety, often alongside these other life challenges.
As a psychologist, I help people understand themselves more deeply, strengthen their relationships, and make changes that last. My work draws on evidence-based practice and is grounded in empathy and compassion. I’ll work alongside you at your own pace, always honoring your values, identity, and story.
I specialize in women’s health and sexual health, couples and relationship concerns, and overall mental health, all of which are deeply tied to our relationships. Many of the people I work with feel out of step with their own values, and struggle with guilt or disappointment about how they show up as a parent, partner, friend, or colleague.
