I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Connecticut; I'm a Certified School Counselor in NJ and a National Certified Counselor. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned creating a safe space. I have worked in the Community Mental Health Clinic, Crisis Intervention-Mobile Response, and NJ Public Schools. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgmental space where we’ll explore your concerns and develop personalized strategies for coping and growth.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) I truly believe in building a compassionate and safe space where individuals can explore their patterns of thoughts, emotions, and experiences with guidance and support. My practice is deeply rooted in the values of empowerment and inclusion to ensure that every client feels heard, seen, and valued as an individual. I am committed to mental health advocacy by promoting mental wellness, trauma-informed care, and the accessibility of therapeutic resources to individuals who are seeking help. This will provide better equipment for individuals who want to navigate life transitions, heal from trauma, and establish resilience. Outside of my practice, I enjoy engaging in different professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health care; I like to practice self-care by engaging in outdoor activities, reading a book, hang out with others.
