About me
We believe empowered people strengthen their family and community.
Our clinicians understand people from a relational perspective, rooted in neuroscience. This means that we view an individual as functioning within the context of their family of origin, their culture, and their current relationships.
We lean on teachings from attachment theory, feminist theory, and mindfulness practices in our work. As we incorporate mindfulness practices in the moment of therapy, these techniques allow us to identify significant feelings in session. Learning to identify our big feelings is the first step forward on the journey toward healing.
We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all clients and employees. Our team members each contribute to the cultivation of a flexible and supportive space.
