About me
Pain is a requirement for living a full life with an open heart. Processing the pain of full-living takes time and energy and many of us put off tending to our emotional and psychological needs in order to respond to immediate tasks of work and home. Disconnecting from one’s own body, mind and spirit leads to suffering, in addition to the normal, expected pain of full living. My therapeutic approach honors the realities of what it means to be human, invites clients to return home to themselves including their values and goals, and offers useful feedback based on observations and your narrative to help you awaken to your conditioned thinking and acting, opening up the window for mindful choice and fuller, more rewarding living.
