About me

Therapy that feels human, meeting you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and space to grow into who you’re meant to be.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s also incredibly brave. Many people come to therapy not because they have all the answers, but because something within them is asking for change, healing, or understanding. I honor that step deeply. Therapy isn’t about fixing who you are; it’s about gently uncovering the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard, seen, and accepted.

I understand that opening up takes time. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can move at your own pace. I see therapy as a collaborative, evolving process that honors your timing and your truth. My approach is intentionally unstructured and deeply client-centered. Rather than following a rigid plan, I meet you where you are, trusting that meaningful work unfolds naturally when guided by your needs, insights, and readiness.

Together, we shape the process around you. Some weeks may feel quiet and reflective; others might be emotional, active, or full of clarity. I hold space for all of it: the messy, the uncertain, and the transformative. My role is to listen deeply, reflect on what I notice, and help you connect the dots between your inner world and your outer experiences.

I often describe my style as relational, intuitive, and integrative. At its heart, therapy with me is a conversation that helps you listen more closely to yourself. My work draws from multiple frameworks while staying grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and compassion.

When we begin, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. Some clients seek relief from anxiety, stress, or disconnection; others want to explore deeper themes of identity, trauma, or intimacy. Wherever you are, we start there.

I believe everyone has an inner wisdom guiding them toward healing. Sometimes that wisdom gets buried under expectations, fear, or the noise of daily life. Therapy is about reconnecting to that deeper knowing. Healing is rarely linear; it’s full of detours, pauses, and discoveries. There is no “right” way to do this work. Growth doesn’t mean never struggling; it means learning to meet yourself differently when you do.

My goal is not to tell you who to be, but to help you build the capacity to live as your most authentic self aligned with your values, connected to your emotions, and grounded in compassion for your story.

I’m also pursuing a Sex Therapy Certification to support individuals and couples navigating sexual and relational concerns. Conversations about sex, desire, and intimacy can be deeply vulnerable and often carry shame or misunderstanding. My goal is to help you explore these topics safely and openly with compassion, curiosity, and respect for your boundaries.

As your therapist, my role is to walk alongside you, not in front of you, not behind you. I hold space for your story while helping you see patterns, perspectives, and possibilities that might not yet be visible. I aim to balance warmth and challenge, offering gentle insight when needed and quiet presence when reflection is more important than words.

Therapy with me isn’t about perfection or performance. It’s about showing up as you are messy, curious, real, and learning that this, too, is enough.

If you’re reading this, something inside you may already be calling for change, whether it’s a whisper of curiosity or the ache of something unspoken. That calling is worth listening to. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.

I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey of self-discovery and healing. Together, we can create a space where growth feels possible, compassion replaces criticism, and you rediscover the strength, clarity, and resilience already within you.
