About me
Admitting you need help is hard to do! We all want to be able to go through this life and never need to ask someone else to help us. However, asking for help does not mean you are weak. I believe it actually means you are strong! It takes a strong person to say, "I cannot do this on my own." That is where I can help. Whether it be individual issues that arise, issues in your marriage, with your children, or in your whole family, I can help to find new ways of thinking and understanding one another.
I have over 8 years of clinical experience and employ a Solution Focused and Narrative approach in the therapy room. I want to hear your story, and I want to help find solutions to the issues you bring into the room. Together we can find new ways of thinking and interacting with others in our lives.
Making that first move to seek out therapy is a big step, and I am proud of you for being so brave to do so. I would love to hear from you so that we may begin walking together in your healing journey.
