Hello, I am Ashley Estes a licensed therapist providing Telehealth therapy in the state of Maine. I currently specializing in providing treatment for people of all ages with an eating disorder. I also provide mental health therapy for children through young adults who are working to learn to cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation.

I provide a compassionate and goal focused therapy to help you meet your goals and have a healthy relationship with food and your body or to cope with life stressors. I have been a therapist for more than a decade and have over four years of experience specifically with eating disorders. I am trained in FBT and CBT-AR for the treatment of anorexia, binge eating, bulimia, ARFID, or other eating disorders. I also practice from an intuitive eating perspective and believe that all foods fit! I may utilize other CBT or ACT techniques to help you toward your goals of learning to cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation or other stressors. Our first session together will focus on exploring what you are hoping from in therapy, current concerns, and goal setting.
