About me
I am a clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals move from emotional overwhelm and survival mode toward clarity, stability, and meaningful change. My work specializes in community-based mental health care, supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and acute life stressors.
Many of the individuals I work with are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. You may be navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or major life transitions while carrying the weight of responsibilities for others. On the outside, you may appear to have it together, but internally, things feel heavy and uncertain. You may be seeking clarity, healthier ways to cope, and tools that truly work—but aren’t sure where to begin.
I am a clinical social worker who provides trauma-informed, strengths-based therapy grounded in evidence-based practices. With experience in crisis response and working with complex stressors, I support clients in building emotional regulation skills, strengthening boundaries, and shifting out of survival mode toward more intentional, sustainable growth. My approach is collaborative, direct, and centered on creating a space where you feel understood, not judged.
Seeking therapy is a powerful first step. You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. If you are ready for grounded, compassionate support to better understand yourself and create meaningful change, I welcome the opportunity to connect.
