About me

I am an IFS-centered therapist who helps adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Using EMDR, somatic, polyvagal, and Restoration Therapy approaches, I guide clients to build emotional safety, resilience, and reconnect with their true selves—so they can feel steadier, more grounded, and thrive in life and relationships.

Healing from trauma, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm can feel exhausting, confusing, and isolating—but you don’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, compassionate space where adults can explore their emotions, understand their internal parts, and build practical tools to feel steadier, more resilient, and more connected to themselves and others.

I specialize in IFS-centered therapy, integrating EMDR, somatic, polyvagal-informed techniques, and Restoration Therapy to help your nervous system feel safe while gently processing past wounds. For clients who desire it, I also incorporate faith-based and biblical resources, providing guidance from a Christian perspective without ever imposing beliefs.

My approach is collaborative, paced to your needs, and grounded in both science and compassion. Together, we’ll work to break cycles of anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and trauma-related patterns, restore balance, and help you reconnect with your identity. The goal is not just coping—it’s to experience freedom, clarity, and purpose in your life, relationships, and daily functioning.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting. You may have tried to manage on your own for years, or feel hesitant because therapy can seem overwhelming or intimidating. In our work together, I focus on meeting you where you are, building safety first, and helping you gradually feel more in control of your emotions and responses.

Whether your challenges are rooted in childhood or recent experiences, I provide tools and guidance to process what your nervous system has been holding onto, help protective parts feel heard and safe, and support your wounded parts in finding healing. Many of my clients report not only relief from anxiety and overwhelm but also a renewed sense of self, confidence, and connection to others.

I believe that true healing integrates mind, body, and spirit. This means addressing trauma in a way that respects your life experiences, your relationships, and your faith, if you choose to incorporate it. The work we do together is designed to leave you feeling steadier, more grounded, and empowered to engage fully in life rather than just survive it.

If you are ready to take the step toward healing, even a small one, I am here to guide and support you. Together, we can explore your inner world, uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, and help you move toward emotional freedom and resilience. Healing is possible—and you deserve to experience it.
