About me
Hi. I provide therapy and support using a person-centered holistic approach to work through life's various challenges. I am passionate about the well-being of families, and I believe that each person is unique and worthy of acceptance. With over 8 years in the helping profession, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals, couples, and families, from adolescents to middle-aged adults, who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, sexual abuse, OCD, perinatal loss, and mood and personality disorders, among other diagnoses.
My experience and education in marriage and family, clinical social work, trauma, grief, and addiction offer the perfect foundation to come alongside, challenge, and encourage others to find healing emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.
