About me
Trauma-informed therapy for all ages, grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that healing happens through connection.
You’re not broken—you’ve adapted to survive. The ways you learned to cope with stress, trauma, relationships, and life transitions make sense. When those patterns start interfering with parenting, work, or daily life, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you—it means your nervous system is tired. You don’t have to carry it alone.
Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people are not looking for relief yet—they want a place to vent, process, and feel understood. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to censor yourself; you can show up angry, unsure, overwhelmed, or worn out.
