About me
I offer trauma-informed therapy for all ages, grounded in compassion, collaboration, and the belief that healing happens through connection.
You’re not broken—you’re overwhelmed. Whether you’re navigating big emotions, challenging behaviors, confusing transitions, or just feeling stuck, therapy with me is about noticing what’s happening inside and finding your own path forward.
Therapy looks different for everyone. Some people are not looking for relief yet—they want a place to vent, process, and feel understood. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to censor yourself; you can show up angry, unsure, overwhelmed, or worn out.
