About me

I am a multi-faceted, experienced therapist that believes healing happens through connection. My goal is to provide a welcoming, judgment-free space where children, teens, adults, and families feel heard, supported, and empowered to overcome challenges, strengthen relationships, and thrive.

I specialize in providing trauma-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, neurodiversity, life transitions, behavioral challenges, relationship difficulties, and school-related concerns. As a Board-Certified Music Therapist with advanced training in trauma-informed care and extensive experience in education and special education, I understand the unique strengths and challenges that neurodivergent individuals and their families often encounter. I work collaboratively with clients to build practical strategies for emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-advocacy, social-emotional growth, and successfully navigating educational environments.

My approach is warm, collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-based, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with creative, experiential interventions tailored to each client's unique strengths and needs. Whether through conversation, music, expressive activities, mindfulness, or skill-building exercises, I help clients develop healthy coping strategies, strengthen resilience, improve emotional well-being, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

I strive to create a space where clients can be themselves without fear of judgment. Together, we celebrate progress, navigate challenges, and build the confidence and skills needed to thrive both in therapy and in everyday life.
