About me

I became a counselor because I know what it's like to feel lost, alone, and misunderstood and how isolating that can be. That experience shapes the work I do today: creating a space where people can feel truly seen, supported, and understood as they navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with veterans and military-connected individuals, bringing a deep understanding of the unique experiences that come with military life. My practice also welcomes those looking to strengthen their relationships, reconnect with their sense of self, and create greater balance and fulfillment in their everyday lives. With nearly 5 years of fully licensed practice, I utilize all of the experiences I have had in the counseling field each day. I have experience having worked with adolescents in a residential treatment setting and with veterans at the VA.

My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space to process, reflect, and grow. Whether you want to build skills, talk through difficult experiences, or understand yourself better, this is a place for all of that. Drawing on CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered therapy, we identify patterns, build insight, and develop tools that fit your life.
I am deeply committed to this work because I have seen how life-changing it can be to feel heard and to be met with compassion. Witnessing someone grow, heal, and rediscover who they truly are is one of the greatest privileges of my career. When you are ready to take that step, I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I hope to connect soon!
